The German Imperial Empire and Prussian Kingdom are a legal nation state restored in accordance with international treaties and the common law. The Federal Republic of Germany has received legal notice of my claims to the throne of Prussia and the German Imperial throne connected therewith and has legally defaulted. I am legally the King of Prussia and the Emperor of Germany forevermore. The United States has received legal notice of the legal restoration of the German Imperial Empire and Prussian Kingdom and has legally defaulted. The United Nations has received legal notice of the legal restoration of the German Imperial Empire and Prussian Kingdom and has legally defaulted. The United States Supreme Court has ruled that the people have the right to alter and change their form of government at their own pleasure. The Declaration of Independence declares that the people have the right to institute new government, laying it's foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem to must likely to effect their safety and happiness. The State of Arkansas Constitution declares that all men are created equally free and independent, and have certain inherent and inalienable rights, amongst which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty; of acquiring possessing and protecting property, and reputation; and pursuing their own happiness. To secure these rights governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. I do not consent to be governed by the State of Arkansas and/or the United States. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights declares that all peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social, and cultural development. Therefore, the throne of Prussia and the German Imperial throne connected therewith are legally restored.
